SRC Requests Report Hot

Customize SRC Requests Home Page to allow for greater flexibility; e.g. an external client facing use case.  This would allow for users of a specific company to view requests that their company has made.  Similar to an "authorized contacts" listing with other vendor ticketing systems.  

  • Ideally the Multi-Table reports in SBM, such as that used for the SRC Requests Home Page, should be able to run query's based on fields from System Auxillary tables that have been added to the various apps; such as Company and Contact.

    This would allow users of the same company to see other authorized contacts' tickets from their company.

    Currently the query selections are limited even if these system aux table fields (contact/Company) exist in all process apps in the Mutli-table report.

    This is a good idea and could be extended into all sorts of use cases. For us, we are one company, but I'd like to allow managers to see their employees requests.
